Dr Devanshi Seth, PhD, is a Partner and the Director for special projects of Beyond West Consulting. She has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology working in India, England and Australia. Dr Seth has a special interest in developing businesses related to Molecular Biology products, diagnostic kits and devices for hospitals, pathology and biomedical services. She will also support the BWC Clients in conducting specialized contract research projects in these areas.

Mr J.H. Heinen, Associate Executive Director, Europe, is a business partner of Beyond West Consulting. Mr Heinen is a seasoned professional in Entrepreneurial Business Development, risk assessment and finance with key focus on Asian Markets. He has a wealth of experience covering wide range of industry sectors: medical technologies; medical devices; automotives; aircraft; defense and industrial machineries in engineering and construction.

Mr Heinen is also a founder of several companies with an outstanding niche for new technologies and mapping strategies for successful commercialization. Having worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas, he has developed an excellent rapport with distributors and opinion leaders in healthcare  and other industries.

Mr J. Purushthaman (J.P.), Director, responsible for the business development in the Indian sub-continent and Middle East is based in Bangalore, India. A qualified electronics engineer, J.P. has worked extensively in sales, product management and servicing. Throughout his professional career of more than 26 years in medical device industry, he has proved highly competent in the areas of anaesthesia, cardiology and critical care.

JP has successfully led large teams during his tenure with various global medical device companies. He has a thorough knowledge of the regulatory and legal affairs and the tender procedures in India.
