- The Clients: Emerging to Medium Sized Medical Device Manufacturers
- The Partners: Distributors and Partners
- Clients to contact BWC for services required
- BWC consultant will discuss and analyse the key areas, and submit a short proposal including costs to complete the project
- The client and BWC will sign the exclusive contract accompanied by 70% payment in advance
- BWC will accomplish the project within specified time frame and provide regular feedback to the client
- BWC and the client will finalize the best partner.
- BWC will facilitate to formalize the agreement between the client and the partner
- The Client will release the final payment to BWC.
- Monitor and coordinate the submissions to regulatory affairs
- Complete product training to partners
- Organise and participate in product trials and demonstrations at major hospitals
- Submit the detailed Marketing Plan for the region to the Client
- BWC provides total flexibility in choosing services that best fit the client’s needs
- BWC has a competitive pricing policy and equates charges to the services provided
